Broccoli Casserole I
I didn't have broccoli so I substituted frozen french cut green beads and I added a some garlic salt and bread crumbs on top and it turned out good. I will make this again with broccoli and I am sure this will be much better.

Steven's Baked Nachos
Simple & easy. The whole family liked it. I substituted jalepenos for green onions.

Old-Fashioned Potato Pancakes
Didn't like the parsley. I tried the recipe again without the parsley and it was good.
