Banana Streusel Muffins
Simple to make but look and taste like you spent hours on them! I love recipes that use what is commonly on-hand in the kitchen. I used 1/2 wheat flour and skipped the streusel topping and the muffins still turned out beautifully. A must try.

Herbed Green Beans
Fantastic recipe. Used thyme in place of savory because I'd never heard of savory before. Turned out beautifully - used whole grean beans and the presentation was stellar.

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin
Simple to fix, tender, and incredibly flavorful! This recipe is sensational and presents well on the plate. I omitted celery and used honeycrisp apple slices instead. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and wilted spinach.
