Cream of Mushroom Soup I
I once made a cream of mushroom soup just throwing a bunch of things together and it turned out great, I wa never close to being able to recreate the experience until I found this recipe. Thanks!

Seared Sea Scallops
I would call this one OK, didn't really notice a whole lot of difference between this and just dipping them in flour.
