Campbell's(R) Lemon Broccoli Chicken
I really enjoyed this recipe. I scaled everything down for just one serving since I only cook for me and it still turned out well. The lemon flavor is just enough without being overpowering and I thought it went well with the broccoli soup.

Easier Chicken Marsala
This was a great recipe and really easy to make. I took some liberties with the recipe by sauteeing the chicken with diced onion and minced garlic, adding more mushrooms, doubling the amount of marsala, adding a few splashes of chicken broth, and using cornstarch at the end to thicken up the sauce. I will definitely be making this again!

Baked Lemon Chicken
I thought this recipe was great! After reading some reviews, I decided to add more lemon juice and garlic (I used twice the amount for both) and it turned out to be really tasty. The chicken was really tender and flavorful. This will definitely get moved into regular rotation.
