This is an excellent soup for a rainy day. I suggest reserving more cut cauliflower to add to the soup after blending.

Excellent dish. Very quick and easy to prepare. I took the fish out of the pan and reduced the marinade for use as a sauce to pour over the fish.It turned out well.

I doubled the recipe and added one each diced red and green bell peppers. After adding one teaspoon each of cumin, cayenne and hot red pepper flakes, I had a real crowd pleaser.

Excellent recipe for a very refreshing summer soup. A touch of red pepper or a few drops of Tabasco give some extra zip.
