My favorite things to cook
Simple Asian dishes, simple Italian dishes, and different ways to prepare chicken...
My favorite family cooking traditions
Potato's; any way shape or form. My family is of Irish decent. What else is there?
My cooking triumphs
Clark's Quiche. I made it for mother's day brunch and my family went wild for it. Saint Patrick's Day dinners. I am the holder of the feast and every year my family comes to my home because I make the best dinner. Lastly, my whipped potato's and scallop potato's- it wouldn't be a holiday without my potato's. The secret? Butter- lot's of it!
My cooking tragedies
I tried making Carne Asada for taco's- I rushed it and it was terrible! I know better now- patience is a virtue....
