Grilled Chicken Thighs Tandoori
really good. I marinated the chicken overnight. Very easy recipe, very tender chicken. Couldn't convince my husband to gril outside (too cold) so i baked it on a wire rack 350 for about 35 minutes for my chicken breast and 45 for the thighs. Will definitely make again. Skin was very crispy, even though my husband is the only one who eats skin. I thought taking the marinade off the chicken would reduce the flavor but it didn't.
