Salsa Chicken Skillet
This is a very easy and delicious dinner. I put some salt and garlic powder on the chicken while it was cooking so it wouldn't be bland. My 21 month old loved it!

Sausage Pasta
This came out really wierd. I would say it tastes more like a pasta slad than a regular pasta dish. I only used 2 cups of cheese and it was too much. My kids were looking at me like I was crazy. Won't be making this again.

Easy Italian Chicken II
I rated this as a 3 star recipe because it is way too simple to be served as the main dish. I ended up making Goya boxed beans and rice and then adding this chicken in diced cubes. I also added some broccoli to the mix and it ended up being great...
