Microwave Caramel Popcorn
Make sure you bring the caramel to a boil and let it become a bit thick!! If you don't you will end up with a gooey sticky mess that never hardens. Just watch it close and stir often to prevent burning. Also I think butter works much better than margarine. And do not forget the baking soda. It is key. Good recipe and great to send to school for kids parties!

Jewish Apple Cake I
I liked this recipe. It was very easy to make, but took a really long time to bake. I was scared I was going to burn it. It didn't though even after 2 hours of baking in my bundt cake pan. It is a very heavy cake.

Chicken In Sour Cream
I'm sorry but, this was awful. My husband and I couldn't even eat it. Oddly enough my step-kids loved it. It isn't worth making though.
