Cinnamon Rolls III

followed exactly except used the whole box of pudding mix. Also used 2/3 cup white sugar & 1/3 cup brown for filling. Used clone of a cinnabon frosting. AMAZING!!

Review update ~ make servings 8, I used 2 11.5oz cans low sodium V8, 1 10.5 oz campbells beef mushroom condensed soup, 1 entire pack onion soup mix. veggies about the same as it states, 1bag coleslaw. Much better than the first time I did it (too watery not much flavor)

Goat Cheese Stuffed Lamb Burgers

These were great! I used 1.3 pounds of lamb, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp ground rosemary & a touch of cayenne pepper, 1 egg & 3/4 cup breadcrumbs. The herbed goat cheese was super!

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

I used 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla. Then did add 1/8 tsp ginger & a touch more allspice. baked the crust for alittle prior to adding the filling.

Cheese and Sausage Stuffed Zucchini

Very good! I used 1/2 beef & 1/2 pork ~ followed exactly except for the cheese part. I did not use the cottage cheese, instead I used about 1 cup cheddar & 1 cup pepper jack ~ freshly shredded & 1/4 cup parm.

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

very good & super easy. I liked that you did not have to brown/fry it first. I baked for alittle longer ~ 35 min or so. Also used half breasts & half skinless boneless thighs.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Great recipe! Followed exactly except used 3/4 cup brown sugar & alittle less than 1/2 cup white sugar. Turned out beautiful! Chewy, shiney on top plus had a crackle effect!!!! I wish they had a ittle more flavor to them.

Easter Eggs

These are great! I did only rate it 4 stars because I did decide to add an addtional stick of butter (2 total) It made the batter MUCH better, not so sweet & more creamy. I divided into 3 parts, one for adding 1/4 cup cocoa powder, one with a bag of coconut & one with 1 small jar of jif. These are wonderful but do take some extra time.

Lauren's Sugar and Spice Black Pepper Cookies

These are absolutely amazing! I did have to add about 3/4 cups of flour. I might add alittle more pepper next time but that would be it. Everyone loved them!!! So good with tea or coffee. Very delicate, not chewey or crunchy or too soft. Baked alittle longer than stated until the tops cracked abit.

Grandma's Famous Salmon Cakes

This was great! I had to add a can of tuna as it was way too wet, maybe only needed one egg. Also big tip...TURN YOUR EXHAUST FAN ON! I forgot & my house smells of fish! YUCK.. Super recipe ~ browned up beautifully. Next time might add green pepper. Served salsa on the side.

great recipe! I followed alot of the suggestions to add brown sugar & more cinnamon & pie spice. Careful with the ginger & nutmeg. taste as you go!!! Also I just toasted cinnamon raisin bread & dipped it or added sm pieces to the top!

Butternut Squash Soup II

I liked it sweeter so next time might leave out the curry & add more sweetness. This is what I did:added about 3 gloves of garlic, 2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice, 2 tbsp splenda tsp of curry, dash of cinnamon & salt. Added touch of cream when blending. Topped it with ramano cheese and sour cream.
