Perfect Pumpkin Pie
I used 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla. Then did add 1/8 tsp ginger & a touch more allspice. baked the crust for alittle prior to adding the filling.

Cheese and Sausage Stuffed Zucchini
Very good! I used 1/2 beef & 1/2 pork ~ followed exactly except for the cheese part. I did not use the cottage cheese, instead I used about 1 cup cheddar & 1 cup pepper jack ~ freshly shredded & 1/4 cup parm.

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken
very good & super easy. I liked that you did not have to brown/fry it first. I baked for alittle longer ~ 35 min or so. Also used half breasts & half skinless boneless thighs.
