A Good Easy Garlic Chicken
I wish I could give this Ten Stars. It was so easy and delicious. I also added minced garlic. I also made the gravy. I used 3tbsp of cornstarch, butter, and 1 cup of chicken broth.Will make again and again.

Apple Enchilada Dessert
I took this to a family B-day party with a Mexican theme. I chose dessert and it was great. Only suggestion I have is cook just before serving. Really good with vanilla ice cream. I also used brown sugar cream cheese, and drizzled with carmel after cooking.
