Very good. Did as others suggested and added 1 cup of icing sugar and increased vanilla to 2 tsp. Great advice from others: sprinkle sugar on work surface instead of flour, use parchment paper for baking on cookie sheet...lets you get cookies cut out, decorated, on the next parchment sheet and ready to go while a batch is in the oven.

Substituted 2tbsp sundried tomatoes, chopped with oil for the tomatoes. As good as store bought.

Very good...very easy....much healthier option. My 2 year old and I loved them! Used parchment paper as others recommended, this kept clean up simple and I could remove the chips from the microwave without touching the hot plate.
