Pasta with Hot Sausage Sauce
This was delicious - I'm not a fan of capers and don't keep them around so I left those out, I don't think it mattered. It was also easy and tasted so much better then opening a jar of sauce. Yum.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Delicious. My son had friends over and they wiped it out. I used a ricer to lightly mash the potatoes to get a creamy consistency. I also threw in some pre-cooked bacon. I didn't have any celery so I added a bit of celery seed, seemed to work just fine. I would say this makes 5-6 servings, not 8.

Butternut Soup
Very good & easy to make. I also used chicken broth since it was all I had on hand, and it tastes fine. Used fat free 1/2 + 1/2 also.
