Ive been cooking ever since I can remember I would help my dad make bandanna bread when I was like five. My brothers are both wonderful cooks and so is my mother, however my mother only cooks twice a year now for holidays! My husband was a cook at a restaurant with my brother's and I have to say his cooking is good. So I enjoy cooking but I was diagnosed with IC last march I have to watch everything I eat and drink. I cook just about every meal I eat and try to make up recipes with what little selection of food I can have.

Pecan-Oatmeal Pancakes
really tasty and not too hard to make. I made these last weekend with my husband because we had no bread to have our French toast Sunday. I liked that the pancakes were very hearty!

Dutch Potato Stuffing
My husband and I dont like the old dryed stuffing however I made this with no hopes of liking it and I must say I ate half of it and my husband ate the other half. This is so good and moist I will make this for life!
