Famous Chicken Adobo
This is the best adobo ever! I have Philipino friends who have shared their recipe and I haven't found a better one than this one. I always double it because it is great as leftovers. I use all dark meat chicken as it is the juicest and it doesn't matter if it is bone-in or boneless, it's always terrific.

Granny's Brownies
The best brownies we have ever had! I made a few modifications: used 1.5 C of brown sugar and 1/2 cup of organic sugar, added a splash of peppermint extract and baked for 45 minutes at 250 and then 20 minutes at 325. They were so moist and delicious! I will definitely make again.

Norwegian Waffles
I make a big homemade breakfast for my family every weekend and I think I can make this recipe in my sleep now! It is the #1 requested breakfast in our house. I will make a double batch and freeze the leftovers for my husband and son during the week. I have tried other waffle recipes but this is definitely the best we have had. They almost taste like waffle cone waffles. A definite treat for my family, easy to make and absolutely delicious!
