Chicken Honey Mustard Pie
I added diced yellow potato and it was yummy! Very good recipe.

Antojitos Minis
Wow! By the time I turned around these were gone. I wish that I would have made 2 batches. I did a few changes- used corn tortillas instead and omitted the red pepper. Yummy!

Thai Chicken with Cashew Nuts
I thought this dish had potential but was way too salty. Next time I will cut back on the fish sauce and add more sugar. Also I think I will add some rice vinegar.
