Sesame Chicken Strips with Sweet Sauce

quick and simple, the sauce is great, and if you dont like it use any dipping sauce for this juicy crunchy chicken.

Jar Doo Chicken Wings

pertty good recipe, wasnt sure what flaovors to expect but it turned out great. Also works great as a dipping sauce for dumplings and spring rolls. Add some pepper flakes for extra spice.

Garlic Asparagus with Lime

quick and oh so simple. With good ingredients you get good food. Butter, shallots and garlic good on all greens,what really scores is the freshed queezed lime at the end.

Gin and Tonic

Never tried gin in my life til i had a gin and tonic. All i can say is mm mm goodd. fresh lime is the key to this delicious drink.

I'm only giving this a 3 star not because it was bad. It was not to my likng. I do a lot of cooking with ginger and this just didnt do it for me. Judging from other reviews its great stuff so everyone give it a try.

Chicken Katsu

awesome recipe with the perfect crunch. make this about once a week. sometimes with shrimp. i make a sweet and sour sauce for my kids with it and they love it. personally i dip it in a garlic chili sauce i buy at an asian market down the street. Mmmmmm...gotta have my spice.

Asian Orange Chicken

Excellent one here. the only thing i altered was cutting down the vinegar, and instead of pepper flakes i used whole dried red chilies. After smelling the sauce i was sure this would be awful but don;t get discouraged, it all comes together in the and for a spicy citrus treat.

Spinach Brownies

I only gave this 3 stars because it wasn't totally awful, just not my cup of tea. Spinach sheese and onion sould like a winning combo but this recipe lacked any true flavor. Maybe garlic and some artichoke could flare it up. try it out and tweak it to your preferance. That is what cooking is all about.

Apricot Chicken I

Just made this last night, for the simplicity of the recipe it was delicious. Served it with white rice and steamed broccoli. My wife and daughter loved it. I will definately be making this again.

You know, I cook a lot of asian food. Mosly japanese. This was actually quite delicious. I just made it last night and already my wife is asking for it again. i added a little sesame chile oil in place of some of the oil the recipe called for. Came out fantastic!
