Chocolate Oat Snack Cake
I found this recipe years ago in my Taste of Home magazine....it's a excellent recipe! My husband usually doesn't like sweets, be he devoured this one!

Caramel Shortbread Squares
This recipe was the biggest hit at work! Everyone was begging me to make more & even offering to pay me for the service. I followed the advice of the other reviews & cooled the layers...they came out perfect!
