Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
this is by far the best rotisserie chicken i have ever had, I have made this twice already!! The first time I stuck to the exact spice measurements and it was fantastic but just a little bit spicy for our tastes so this time I cut the white pepper and cayenne pepper to 1/4 tsp each and it came out perfect!! I only had 1 6-pound roaster and had to put it in the oven on my lunch break so I couldn't take it out at the 5 hours suggested so I knocked the temp down to 225 degrees and took it out when I got home from work after about 6 hours...boy does the slow-roasting make a difference! The meat was so tender and juicy, and what flavor...YUMMM!! my boyfriend is VERY picky and never gets too excited about meals but he actually called me at work to tell me how good it was the next day as leftover sandwiches! thanks for the fab recipe!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople
My boyfriend decided he just had to have home-made apple pie this past weekend so I figured I'd try this one judging by how many excellent reviews this recipe got...and i was not disappointed! This is by far the best apple pie i have ever made! I followed others suggestions and added cinnamon and nutmeg, and also mixed the apples right in with the syrup instead of pouring on top, as i did not make a lattice top crust, and was afraid of the big mess i would most likely make. It turned out perfect! I sent some home to my dad last night and he actually called me this morning to tell me how fabulous it was, and he is not one to complement people on food... thats how I know this recipe is a keeper...thanks Grandma Ople!!

Clone of a Cinnabon
This is the first time I have ever made homemade cinnamon rolls, and let me tell you , this was time-consuming...BUT SO WORTH IT!! I will never buy cinnamon rolls again, these are 100 times better than any cinnamon roll i have ever had! Not difficult to make, and so moist and delicious when they come out of the oven. I don't have a bread machine so i went with a reviewers suggestion and dissolved a 7g packet of active yeast with 1 cup of warm milk and 1/4 cup sugar. I then added the rest of the ingredients, leaving the flour for last, and kneaded the dough by hand. Left it in the warm oven that i had turned on to 200 degrees and shut off immediately after the dough went in. Added the butter and brown sugar/cinn mixture to the flattened dough, rolled it up the long way, cut them into 12 pieces and let them rise for about 25 minutes in a 9x13 baking dish. Popped them in the oven on 400 degrees for 15 minutes and they were perfect! The only change I made was that i realized i didn't have any cream cheese so i added about 3 tablespoons of milk to the icing ingredients and it was delicious! Next time will def make sure i have cream cheese in the fridge so it will be even better. Thanks for a fantastic recipe, I wish i could give this 10 stars!
