Easy Pancakes
great base, but I think the author meant 2 tsp of baking powder. I used 2 tsp baking powder 2 tsp of butter in stead of oil 1/2 tsp of salt and really whipped the egg before folding it in and it was really good.

Elegant Orzo with Wilted Spinach and Pine Nuts
I just made this last night with some grilled chicken. It was really good but I had to add a 1/2 cup of chicken broth to moisten it. I think next time I will use chicke broth and cut out the butter to make it healthier.

Rolled Fondant
I haven't tried this recipe yet, but i have to say how blown away I am of the photo's sent in. They look so proffesional! What creative people here on allrecipes.com. You've all gotten me inspired! THanks for sharing!
