BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Delicious! Make sure you pull all the fat off the ribs, which is kind of a pain, but worth it. Yummy! I didn't have any beef broth so I used a can of beef gravy and 3 seasoning packets from beef flavored ramen noodles (I know, ghetto) and water. Turned out perfect and my husband LOVED it!

Delicious! I used the rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and doubled the sauce. Doubling the sauce is a MUST!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Delicious. My husband loved this and it is a great way to use up "too ripe" bananas. I halved the recipe and added a toping... ~ 1/2 cup packed brown sugar ~ 1/2 cup all-purpose flour ~ 2 or 3 tablespoons butter or margarine ~ 1 teaspoon cinnamon. put the topping on before putting it in the oven. delicious!

Delicious! We made it with 4 burgers so they were a little bigger. And didn't use the whole onion. Wonderful!!! Wouldnt change a thing.

WONDERFUL and very easy! Remember to add a little baking time if you refridgerate the batter. I think about 11 minutes is perfect (in my oven).

Cheddar Beef Enchiladas

Reviewed: May 31, 2007
Put it all in 1 pan and just had leftover filling. Then I put all the sauce in that one pan. Cooked the beef with a chopped onion and then added uncooked rice to that mixture and let it cook for 20-25 min to absorb flavor. WONDERFUL! One time I used 2 pans...wonderful but needed twice the sauce topping.

Clark's Quiche

Reviewed: May 31, 2007
Clark, thank you so much for this recipe. It is wonderful! I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfect. You don't need to add any salt...you already get enough from the bacon and ham. Also, it took a lot longer than expected to prepare all the ingredients....but it was worth it. I cooked them on a pan in the oven because they were so full. It overflowed, but I don't care. It was great. Thanks!
