Tara's Chicken
I'm eating this right now and had to review. Its just as good as mom's sauce! I had a plethora of subs though. Didn't like the size of the picante sauce jars(I had to 5x the recipe) so I used mild salsa. I also used spaghetti. Finally, I ran out of chicken so I used cooked ground beef. Yum!

Denise's Peanut Chicken
One of the best dishes ever! Per other suggestions, I used a big glop (probably 3-4 tbsp of crunchy natural PB) and then used chopped peanuts as a topping.

Spiced Raisin Mini Muffins
These are delicious! My daughter wanted muffins and I have no eggs...so these worked great! I halved the sugar, and added 1/4 cup of orange juice to the recipe. They took a little longer to cook because of this. Still absolutely delicious!
