Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole
SOOOO delicious! I used part milk and part orange juice, which allowed me to cut down on the amount of sugar used. I also used a whole tsp of vanilla rather than 1/2 tsp. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed this recipe at Thanksgiving dinner! I will definitely make this again.

Gobble Up Granola Snacks
Wow! These are awesome. So easy to make and so addicting. I listened to what others said and used a mixture of honey and corn syrup (1/3 c honey, 1/3 c corn syrup) and then I used 2/3 c brown sugar and 2/3 c crunchy PB to keep with those portions. I also added some salt to cut down a little on the sweetness. The first batch I used raisins and then made another batch with honey roasted peanuts and toffee for fun. SO good! Will make these again and again...

Saltine Toffee
Love this recipe! My Aunt makes them every year and calls them "fat bars". I perfer using white sugar over brown sugar. While the taste of these bars is delicious, they can be really messy to make and my batches don't always turn out.
