Beef Stew VI
Great stew~! I doubled the broth/veggie/spice. Added salt and pepper and put in russets in the last 30 min and it turned out perfect! Also doubled the corn starch and it was delish!

Chewy Sugar Cookies
A perfect sugar cookie! I used butter, softened first, vanilla extract and perfect! I didn't chill either...a great solid cookie. Also I didn't roll in sugar but instead let cook then iced and sprinkled. Very great cookie!

Tater Tot Casserole III
I loved this recipe. It is way better and more of a complete meal if you add veggies on the bottom (corn, broccoli, peas/carrots etc). I didn't use any butter at all and it was great! Regular sour cream and soup-no butter needed.
