Fresh Tomato Salsa
Good. Prefer mild salsa so I added only one serrano pepper. Also, I added one garlic clove.

Espinacas con Garbanzos (Spinach with Garbanzo Beans)
Wonderful idea for a quick and light meal. Also, the ingredients are so basic that they are most always available in my kitchen. Used frozen spinach because that was what was on hand, but next time I will definitely use fresh spinach.
