holy moly, what a quick, convenient, good tasting recipe!! if you take the basics of it, the egg, milk, flour, salt, and egg/cheese bottom, you can add anything to this to make it your own, and it tastes fantastic!!! thank you!

Brown Family's Favorite Pumpkin Pie

this was one awesome pumpkin pie!! my wife can't stand pumpkin pie, and she helped me gobble this one right up! The topping really lured her in, I think... GOOD STUFF!

Turkish Rissoles

I don't know what I did wrong, but it took closer to half an hour than 10 minutes to cook this. After I was done, it was rather plain. It was basically patties of meatloaf, with no "zing" to it.

Crust for Veggie Pot Pie

I made this for a chicken pot pie, and the crust was PERFECT. Crispy on the top side, soft where it touches the filling. Scrumpcious.

Pleasant Pork Chops

I made the recipe just as it was written, and the chops and sauce were fantastic! I liked the sauce so much I'll double it next time and use as gravy. Thanks for the good eats!

Pasta Melanzana

A superb mishmash of flavors! Next time I make this, I'm going to use about 5 cups chopped spinach (4 svgs) instead of 3. For those of you who don't like Parmesan cheese, stay away from this!

Ground Turkey and Hominy

Sweet, spicy, and very tasteful. The hominy gives a great contrasting texture to the ground turkey. This recipe might go good with gorditas and some mild cheese.
