I haven't been cooking all too long... I don't know most of the terminology of cooking, so I prefer to stick to the more simple recipes. Pies! So far I have made a completely homemade cherry pie, and I even picked the cherries right off the cherry tree in my backyard and pitted them myself! I'm going to learn to cook my Mom's pork chop and dumplings, and the meatloaf she used to make when I was growing up. That cherry pie! Lentil soup (big mush-mess of lentils) and I ruined some Irish potato farls I tried to make the day before yesterday...
