Baked Potato Soup
Very good and very easy! I also just used whole milk instead of half and half. And boiled the chopped raw potatoes for 10-15 minutes instead of baking them first. Also, it wasn't thick enough b/c I had doubled it and forgot to double the flour (duh), so I added some instant mashed potato flakes in the end and whisked them in and it worked great to thicken it up! The family loved it, I'll definitely make it again.
