This recipe was awesome and my family loved it. I did omit the raisins, used pecans instead of walnuts and added a bag of white chocolate chips and 1/4 tsp. of nutmeg. I have already been asked to make it again. Thanks for the recipe!

Whipped Cream

This is the whip cream recipe I always use. I first chill my bowl and beater in the freezer and it comes our perfect every time. I don't even measure my powdered sugar I just add a little until I get the taste and consistency I want. Thanks for the recipe.

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak

This was very good. I followed the recipe closely but also added a few splashes of red wine vinegar and teriyaki sauce. My family loved it. My green peppers were very soft and if you would like more firm ones put them in toward the end of the cooking time. I will make this again for sure!!

Chocolate Cream Pie I

This pie was exceptional!! The only changes I made were instead of adding 2 cups of milk, I used 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of heavy cream. I also used a "heaping" 1/3 c of flour as well. Next time I will probably cut the sugar back to 1/2 cup as it was very rich. I made some fresh whipping cream and got rave reviews from my family. Will add this to my favorites for sure.

Monte Cristo Sandwich - the Real One

Very good sandwich. My 3yr old even gobbled a whole one slathered in strawberry jelly. I didn't use as much oil as called for and they turned out wonderful!

Simple Garlic and Basil Pesto

This recipe is wonderful. I make it in my food processor and add more fresh parmesan cheese than is called for and I add double the toasted pine nuts. My high school daughter and her friends are always asking me to make this for them. It's one of our favorites.

Mack's Tunaburgers

I made these for my family and they were very good. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that they were very salty. I used a whole egg instead of just the egg white. I will make again but with a low sodium teriyaki sauce.

Cinnamon Bread I

Absolutely wonderful bread. I had to make my own buttermilk with the vinegar and it turned out great! I have had numerous requests for the recipe and I will be making it many more times!! Thanks!!!

Delilah's Frosted Cut-Out Sugar Cookies

This recipe was awesome! I followed it exactly but also added 1/4 tsp. of almond extract. They rolled out nicely and baked up beautifully! The taste was excellent. This will be my new sugar cookie recipe from now on. Thanks!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

This was a very good and easy recipe. I used 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts and doubled the recipe. It had very good ginger flavor and was healthy. I will make this again but maybe next time put it in the crock pot and let it slow cook for the day.

Macadamia Nut White Chip Pumpkin Cookies

Wow! These cookies were wonderful. I doubled the recipe and followed it exactly and they turned out perfect. My whole family couldn't stay out of them. I will most definitly be making them again.
