About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
I am best at cooking chicken and potatoes. I am always enjoying my desserts too.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Christmas dinner is by far my favorit family tradition to continue on for years to come.
My cooking triumphs
The first time I made a Christmas dinner 3 years ago for 9 people..crammed into a tiny 1 brm appartment. The food was PERFECT! I impressed myself.
My cooking tragedies
During that same Christmas dinner..I punctured the roasting pan, a cheap foil pan, and spilled turkey drippings in my oven..luckily a friend lived next door and loaned me his pan. The turkey was saved.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
YUMMY! I made it the other day and didnt have a muffin tray so I made a loaf and cooked it for 45 min. It was perfect. Cooking time may vary but always test it with a toothpick to make sure it's ready.

Banana Crumb Muffins
I though the recipe was great fresh from the oven..I used whole wheat flour instead the first time. The next day they were too sweet and kindof soggy. I made them again and did not use the crisp topping, added cinnamon to the mix, and added chocolate chips. They turned out even better..not as soggy on top.
