We have made this twice for parties at our home and because of its simplicity it was manageable with all the other dishes we served. We scaled the recipe up for serving forty people and there was hardly a scoop left. We used KC Masterpiece Original sauce. I would have used something spicier for myself but not all our guest like heat. Great party dish!

Mom's Coleslaw

I liked it alot,maybe abit sweet, but that suits me just fine. It was made to accompany wings and pulled pork sandwiches. I think the combo worked well for our party.

Mahogany Chicken Wings

This recipe made for a dish at a graduation party. We made one mistake though I think and that was using a crock pot to keep them warm and after awhile it became soupy. The flavor was great and the color a nice brown. I like my wings like from the oven, we made a bunch and my wife was concerned about keeping them warm- may try it again.

Classic Macaroni Salad

We used this recipe for a graduation party and it was well recieved- guests were surprised that we would make our own and not buy it premade? They were surprised at how fresh and tasty it was. Lots of compliments. We made it pretty much as stated in recipe.

Ed Zieba's Famous Family Pork Chops

I made it just like the instructions said. My teenagers wolfed down a couple of these chops apiece and were eyeing the one on my wifes plate and mine too. I enjoyed the simplicity of it and the taste was quite satisfying. The four of us give it a thumbs up ata boy five.

Balsamic Roasted Red Potatoes

I have made this recipe twice, the second time by request. I think the potatoes are best served right from the oven when they are piping hot and a bit toasty. After it sits the potatoes get mushy and the spices don't give it the right taste. I think someone asking to have this made for another dinner says it is pretty good.

Chicken Bog

I lived in South Carolina for awhile and was served "bog" a few times. It turned out pretty good, not quite the way I remembered it. I thought it was ok, but the wife liked it alot.

Super Sausage Gravy

Super easy breakfast meal. I made it for a church function in a large batch and it was well recieved, almost did not get some myself as I waited for every one to enjoy their fill first.

Chicken, Stuffing and Green Bean Casserole

I have made this meal several times and the family loves it. Simple, filling and tasty- it deserved the five star rating to me. It may not be a gourmet dish but it sure is a good hunger fix. I like it.

Slow Cooker Green Beans, Ham and Potatoes

My family really enjoyed this meal.I had a hard time finding ham hocks with alittle meat on them, next time i will use a smoked ham one or something like that.
