High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
My roast was only 1.72lbs. so I only cooked it 14 minutes, but after 2 1/2 hours of sitting, it was ice cold. I read other reviews about reducing sitting time, but was affraid my roast wouldn't be done. it was done rare enough, just cold.
