Cornmeal Coating

Very good. I didn't have any cayenne pepper, so I added several dashes of Tabasco sauce to the milk mixture. Yummy! The kids (16 months and 4 years old) loved it too!

Whipped Cream Frosting

Fabulous! I've made this many times, to rave reviews. It's light, fluffy, and has none of that crisco aftertaste. Great recipe!
