Very good. I've made a variation of this recipe before and suggest for slightly different (but definitely not overpowering) flavor, add some cloves to the flour mixture and bake for 45 minutes or hour depending on how thick your pork chops are. Use about a half a teaspoon or more depending on how much flavor you want or how big the chops are.

Awesome Roast Beef

Hands down - this is the BEST roast beef recipe I've ever tasted. 5 more stars for simlicity of the recipe as well. I did as others suggested and added one can of mushroom soup, onion soup mix and a cup of water. I don't think there's a way to improve upon this recipe. This has become a family favorite and there are never any left-overs. ALFANNO2 might consider adding the dry onion soup mix again before writing this recipe off. I believe this is what adds richness and flavor to the taste.

Great recipe and easy to make too! This also doubles or triples quite easily. The only thing I would recommend is putting the green and red bell peppers in towards the end as the got mushy and nasty the first time I followed the directions. This recipe has become permanent in my recipe box. Thanks Mimi!!
