Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

This is a great recipe! I just have a few recommendations for the sauce: I used crystal's hot sauce, Tabasco, and Louisiana hot sauce. Only a small amount of Tabasco because it does pack a punch! I added flour to the sauce to thicken it because my family prefers to dip their wings rather than toss them in the sauce

Pizza Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2009
This was a great crowd pleasing recipe! I only made a few alterations for myself. I added 1 1/2 14oz jars of pizza sauce and covered the top with more than just 1 cup of cheese. I also used 4 T of minced garlic instead of chopping it on my own (to save on prep time) and I cut whole pepperonis(great addition to the recipe) into 4ths instead of using the sausage. KIDS AND HUSBANDS WILL LOVE THIS DISH!

Slow Cooker Barbeque

I give this recipe 5 stars with just a few changes. I used a pork tenderloin and seasoned it with Tony's, onion powder, and garlic powder. I start by seasoning the meat and placing 1/2 of each bottle of BBQ sauce. I like using Stubb's BBQ sauce and Sweet Baby Ray's. Try mixing it in a bowl before adding it to the crock pot to make sure you like the taste. When only 45 minutes of cook time remain, I add the rest of the sauce and shred the meat. My family can't stop asking for it!!!

Hamburger Potato Casserole

I liked this recipe...but since I'm from Louisiana you know that I had to make a few changes. I seasoned my ground meat and when I cooked it I add about half a pack of seasons blend while I cooked it. For the soup mixture I also added some extra seasoning, a packet of dry onion soup mix, garlic powder and one cup of milk. I added some frozen corn as a layer. Melted some velveeta on top and it was great!
