Tomato Spinach Pizza
I made these on pitas and used fresh spinach. I liked it so much the first time I made it I had it for lunch and dinner. Great flavor. Will continue to use this recipe.

Delicious Black Bean Burritos
These were ok. I added chicken and tomatos, the tomatos were an improvement but still wasn't anything great. I would not care to make this again. A good thing about it was they were quick and easy to make.
