Garlic and Tomato Tilapia

Overall, this is a fairly easy and quick recipe. I definitely think Basil should have been added to the ingredients list though! And remember to spice the Tilapia good before you bake it, or it will be too bland. It's a keeper!

Easy Stroganoff

This was the best! I wanted to add onion to the ground beef but I didn't have any onion. I used a packet of onion and mushroom soup/gravy powder. Added that to the ground beef with about a cup of water. And then went on to simmer all other ingredients. It was definitely a favorite! It sure made a lot too! I added the sour cream in at the last minute and mixed it all together in a VERY large Tupperware container so it would be ready to be put into the fridge since there was so many leftovers! Great recipe!

Crab Rangoon II

I've made this a few times since I have found the recipe. I use pre-made won ton wrappers - they are pretty easy to find! Omitted the bok choy and snow peas. Add shrimp with the crab and put an extra splash of soy sauce in it as well as some garlic powder while also using the minced garlic. I love garlic! It turns out better every time! You just have to weed out what ingredients don't suit your taste and add the ones you like!

Guacamole

Yum! I used 1 avocado and adjusted all of the other ingredients accordingly. Add garlic powder as well as garlic clove. Tossed in some extra cilantro as well! Oh! And I used lemon instead of lime.. I will make this every time we eat Mexican!

Cilantro-Lime Rice

I made this as a burrito filling. I pretty much doubled the cilantro stated in the recipe - because I love it so much! I also let the rice cook a little while longer because I found that the it was to stiff. Also I didn't add the chicken bouillon cubes. It was pretty good and went well with the black bean salsa filling and guacamole!

Wonton Wrappers

Thank you so much for submitting this recipe! They were so fun to make! I rolled them out with a rolling pin which was kind of hard and time consuming - but well worth it. It makes a ton too!

Zesty Herb Grilled Chicken

This stuff is the best. Make sure you use the thinner cut chicken breast, and you MUST grill these! Pan cooked is ok, but the grill really makes a difference!

Deep Fried Mushrooms

Followed recipes directions, and the end result was good. They were good for home cooked fried mushrooms. I had to add a bit of salt and garlic powder on top for more flavor though. Not bad. I'm going to continue to fool around with ideas on this one ;]

The Best Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms

After I found this recipe I handed it off to my sister to make. It turned out really nice, and she isn't the best cook around! There was just enough mixture to fill all of the mushroom caps.
