i have NO CLUE what i did wrong but the filling was GROSS!! i always love lemon anything, but this just tasted terrible! the dough part however, was absolutely perfect! i will always use the dough as a base to lots of different fillings, just not this lemon one! sorry :(

This is seriously the BEST sugar cookie recipe in the world!!! Not only are the super easy to make...but they are perfect in every way! Tip: Use a leveled out tbsp to achieve exactly 48 cookies! I made half as is and rolled the other half in cinnamon sugar...yum to both! It's a hit with kids and makes for the perfect Christmas cookie made days in advance!

absolutely delicious!! i made this for a bbq...there wasn't a single bite left! i made it exactly as said...the only differences were i used fresh oregano and fresh parsley...i also mixed the dressing in right away and fridged it overnight, it wasn't dry at all!! it was perfecto! YUMMMMMMM :)
