Christmas Brunch Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2008
Tried this today for Christmas morning and it was great! I used a pint of whipping cream in place of milk and of course more cheese is always good! I sauted my mushrooms and onions in butter (yum!) and used bacon and ham as well. Definitely double the eggs! i did and it was perfect! I took the recommendation to cook it covered for 1/2 hour and then cooked uncovered the last 15 min. i wish i had taken a picture! it was gorgeous! but they ate it all too fast! this is a great recipe to make your own little changes to and it's still great! thanks for the recipe! Plano TX Lady. :-)

Turkey Pot Pie II

This is a great basic that you can make a variety of ways! The soup was perfect in it. I changed up the veggies and added a little shredded cheese but it is a perfect recipe for friends and family. I will use this one for years to come! It turned out so good i had to submit a picture! Merry Christmas all!

Pistachio Cake I

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2008
Okay I screwed up but it turned out great still! I've had requests to make it again! I didn't read the directions well and put the milk in the cake on top of the water so it was quite moist!!! But it turned out great. Follow the real directions and I'm sure you'll like it. It takes some TLC but it works! I am making one for Thanksgiving tomorrow by popular demand. Try it! I didn't think i'd like pistachio cake but it was wonderful! i made the pudding mix like the recipe said and let it set up for a bit, then i folded in cool whip and let it set again for a bit. Then frosted the cake and refrigerated it. Patience paid off as it was the rave! Plano, TX

this was great! just made it and it will be a hit w/ my picky kids! i left out the water and carmelized the onions (a whole one) and it gave it the extra zing it needed flavor wise! i used rotini noodles and it looks great! thanks for the new idea w/ chicken and pasta!

Chicken Spaghetti III

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2007
I think the recipe turned out exactly as expected. For those who don't like spicy at all or cheesy then this is not for you. But this was perfect and i made it as directed (added a dash of worcheshire for the heck of it). The cheese and soup melting together was perfect! i was able to use 24 oz (1.5 lb) of thin spagetti and three chicken breasts halfs and it still made a ton of food for at least 6 hungry people! Thanks again!!!
