I was skeptical, but now I'm a believer. These were amazing! I made them during Hanukkah and several friends asked for the recipe. Having made doughnuts for years, I will now throw away all other recipes and only use this one forever more. EASY and delicious. My only complaint? They don't last, so eat them within a couple of hours or less.

All four of us loved this. I didn't add food coloring, and I didn't add the orange liquer (didn't have any on hand). I added about a quarter to a half teaspoon of orange extract instead. The mousse was excellent and not too sweet (and I was really afraid it would be, as I usually don't love white chocolate for this reason). I divided it into four one-cup ramekins for four servings (recipe says 16, but they'd be quite small servings). Then, I put a few fresh raspberries on top, and drizzled a couple of tablespoons of the raspberry sauce over that. Then, I shaved some good dark chocolate over the top and it got rave reviews. I mixed cooked chopped bacon with the brown sugar and blended it all with cream cheese before spreading on the crackers (then no need to toast). Unbelieveably delicious. My husband saved some extra for his breakfast bagel.
