hi.im victoria,im a nursing student, well basically i love to eat and baking is my passion!im not an expert,but im struggling to be one someday(hopefully)^_^x.Im planning to enrol myself in a culinary arts school someday and have a restaurant. I love to bake cakes,cookies, cheese cake,chocolate mousse cake, pastries. would you believe that i started baking with a measuring glass ang rubber scraper only?i didnt even had a measuring cup nor a measuring tsp. huhu :( till i turned 18 :), thank GOd my loved ones heard my prayers.weee...my boyfriend?, who was inspired to bake also because of me, gave me my first WILTON SPRINGFORM PAN last december as a gift.OMG, it was really beautiful!? though i dont have enough equipments, i always have a dream that someday i will be a successful pâtissier!!! I learned my mistakes through my failures in the past, so as now, im still learning and gaining more knowledge about baking.
