I liked this quite well! After reading the other review I made a couple of changes. She said it was pretty salty, so I didn't use much bacon grease. I also like to cut fat when I can, so I dumped it all out and just had a coating of it in the pan. I also left out some of the cheese sauce from the potato mix to cut back on salt. My family was happy with this dish for breakfast this morning!

My husband is always so fussy with his meat. He never likes it quite as well in the crock pot, but I love to use the crock pot and be done with cooking early in the day. Last night when I served these he said they were the about the best pork chops he'd tasted! I followed the recipe except added some seasoning salt, garlic and a bay leaf.
