I am a 29 year old female who loves baking & loves trying new recipes. Pasta with a bolognaise sauce, crunchies, peanut butter biscuits, peppermint fridge tart, oats chocolate cake, A big tradition in my family is pasta as I am half Italian, and making spaghetti with a bolognaise sauce is a traditional Saturday lunch which has been done for the last 20 years. It started when my Italian grandmother used to come and visit, she would come for lunch and to play scrable. My grandmother having complimented me on my spaghetti bolognaise. My grandmother was an extremely critical and very fussy. Having her compliment me was one of the best compliments I have ever received. I was making chips. After I had cooked the chips, I put them into a dish. I then took the pan off the stove and accidentially messed some oil on the hot stove and it caught alight. Another time, I was also making chips, I had put the chips in a dish, moved the pan off the stove and then I put the dish with the chips onto the hot stove plate, then the dish exploded.
