This was good... but 2 TB red pepper is WAY too much!! I used 1 1/2 TB and it was burning as it went down. We had to eat it with bread. I might try it again== maybe with 1/2 teaspoon red pepper instead.

Rhubarb Torte

This was wonderful- I made it when we had a few couples over and it was a bit hit! I thought it would take a little longer to get all 3 steps done, but it went fairly smoothly. Will definitely be a favorite!

Watched the movie... made me curious. :-) This is very good-- would recommend slicing the veggies thinly, so they cook in that time, mine too a little over an hour.

Slow Cooker Venison Roast

I thought this was great- my venison roasts always seem to be too dry- but this one wasn't. I did add potatoes and carrots and thought the juice was gravy enough

This was very good- I left out the soy sauce as I don't remember my greek father in law using soy sauce and it tasted like I remembered souvlaki - thank you!

Thai Chicken Tenders

I should have read the comments first! Oh well, it was good, but the sauce was clumpy-- next time I will definitely cook it separately and add some water to thin it out. I think I will add some garlic as well.

Chocolate-Cran-Oat Cookies

The cookie dough was a bit dry for me, so I added about 1/3 c. shortening and I also put in 1 c. of white chocolate chips and skipped the semisweet, I really like them.
