I grew up in the restaurant business. I enjoyed a good prime rib & lobster from the age of about 7. I have traveled all over the world and enjoyed all cuisines. My husband and I both love to cook. We enjoy food and we say that the best meal is the one you put "love" into.
My favorite things to cook
We like to experiment and cook many different things. My husband grills a lot. I guess my favorite would be my special recipe bruschetta that I created.

Cooking together and calling it an occasion.
On the holidays my mother and like to start early with Irish coffee while preparing the stuffing! :-)
My cooking triumphs
My bruschetta. Perhaps I'll post the recipe sometime. Also my chicken marsala and my spaghetti.
My cooking tragedies
I tried making tiramasu for my mother, non of us could eat it. I'm not sure what went wrong but it has now become the family joke. I am better at making the meal, than I am at the desert. I'd like to learn to make some nice deserts for special occasions though.
