Been a chef for 25 years in the Uk and at the top restaurants at that, and this recipe for a chicken marinade is very suculant. Everyone should try this one at leats once. My hat is off to you sir well done. One thing to everyone that is about to try it don't go over the marinating time, or you will lose the gently suculant balance that this marinade is meant to do 10 Stars **********
