Emily's Famous Hash Browns
Very good! My four year old told me they were delicious and she doesn't even like potatoes. This one will become part of our weekend breakfasts! THANKS!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
I followed the directions exactly, or so I thought. I assumed that when the cheese cake was done baking I should take it out of the oven, so not to overcook. I was wrong and suppose that the extra heat and time in the oven IS nessesary because the middle of the cake was not cooked completely. Overall great texture,(except for the middle) and great favor, thus the five star rating.

Creamy Broccoli Soup
I agree with a few others...this recipe does need the cheddar cheese, it shouldn't be an option...the serving size is not correct to agree with another reviewer.I also put a bit of butter(smart balace) and salted/peppered it a bit more as well. Other than that, a great base recipe without all the "condensed cream of..." added to it..
