This should be rated FIVE stars!!! I am pretty sure that this is the BEST cookie bar I have EVER had, including store-bought and everything. They are so moist and just yummy! I used warm chocolate fudge instead of carmel, and they were just lovely. I was making them with a bunch of little kids who love baking, and they had a great time. Defidently try these!!!

Brownie Biscotti

This was good, my first time making biscotti. I totally forgot about the water and egg yolk wash, and I'm not sure what difference it makes. The biscotti was a tad bit crumbliy at first, but I let it cool completely for about an hour and it was great. thanks for the recipe

Beef Enchiladas II

These were yummy, but the recipe itself was very basic, so I made several changes. I cooked the ground beef with a homemade taco seasoning from this site. I also had made homemade red sauce from this site. I used colby and pepper jack cheeses, and I also put some corn in the enchiladas. I skipped the olives because I didn't have any.

Mexican Rice II

Really good...yum yum. I made this as a side dish with some enchiladas...mmmmm... I did make a few changes though. The rice wasn't browning and puffing up at first, so after about 15 minutes I just added in the broth and it puffed up fine. Also, instead of tomatoe sauce, I used salsa.

Amish White Bread

UPDATE: Made this again today and it was great. I don't ever use bread flour, but instead all purpose. I have tried a few times to mix it up and sub some of the white flour for whole wheat, but it's just not the same. Stick to the recipe and you'll have a delicous sweet-ish white bread fresh from the oven.YUM YUM.

English Muffins

To start off, these were delicious! But like some other reviewers said, I didn't really get the "nooks and cranies" of store-bought english muffins. Next time, I think I will try using bread flour instead of all-purpose, like another reviewer had said.

Yum yum yum... I made this recipe by hand because I do not have a bread machine and it still turned out great! THESE REALLY TASTE LIKE CINNABON!!! UPDATE: Made them again for Christmas, still great!

Five Minute Ice Cream

VERY good recipe I started out by making this recipe using some frozen strawberries. I followed the recipe almost exactly, and then at the end I froze the ice cream for a few hours before serving. IT WAS YUMMMMMMY! I also tried bannana. It was also very good, but not quite as ful-of-flavor as the strawberry. Then, I tried to make apricot frozen yougert, substituting the strawberries for apricots and the cream for yougert. Also very good. It cut out a lot of fat and calories, but just not the same as this delisious ice cream. Overall, try this recipe. It litterally only takes about five minutes, and it tastes just as goodd as what you buy at the store!!! I look forward to experimenting with other fruits.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

This was probably about the best sugar cookie recipe that I have ever tried. It was easy to mix up, the batter tasted good, and the cookies were beautiful. We cut them into Christmas Trees and little gingerbread men. We baked them for about seven minutes and they turned out awsome. Great with a powdered sugar and milk glaze on top!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

AWSOME! I put in the heath toffe chocolate chips, it tasted great. They did turn out a tad bit flat, but it was probably because I used margarine instead of real butter. They were great anyways!

Berry Smoothie

I thought that this recipie was really good. However, I thik it would be better witha little less yogert. Instead of using 1 cup of rassberries and then a cup of strawberries, I used about two cups of mixed berries. Overall, I thought it was really worth trying.

Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies

These were some of the best cookies that I have ever made! I recomend them for people who LOVE chocolate! They were very moist and rich! I used hershys mini kiss chocolate chips, and it gave them a very good flavor. I will defedently be making these cookies again!

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

This recipe was only ok for me. I'm glad that people said the batter was thin, because I would have thought I really messed up! It was pretty good the first time, but I made this cake a second time and I actually found that it tasted pretty bland. It was't very sweet or chocolatey. Maybe next time I will add the coffee instead of water like other people had suggested.
