Lemon Bread
I followed the recommendations of using the juice of 2 lemons, the zest of 1 lemon and using 3/4 cup of sugar. It was very easy to make and had a wonderful lemony taste.

Apple Chutney
This is an excellent recipe. We substituted black pepper for the white pepper and added about 1 tsp of red chili flakes for some bite. Just wonderful served with goat cheese on crackers.

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie
This is the best apple pie recipe ever. Only addition I made was adding cinnamon to the apples before filling the pie crust with apples. Simply delicious!
